Hmm.. so I re-named the reference material page to Rules and Regulations.
I wanted it to be more of a catch all for new rules as well as rules interpretations and the like.
then i added to it. check out some of the new item qualities I have generated.
ITEM QUALITIES
If you were wondering, yes, there are some new weapons that use those qualities..
I added beam rifle to personal weapons as well as beam lasers and composite beam lasers to the vehicle weapons table.
My favorite new weapon is the Suppression Cannon.
Basically a giant stun grenade.. it just sounds like so much fun.
